Plastic pulverizer machine MF-800 for rotational moulding coating 500-900kg/h
The MF series automatic plastic pulverizer machine is disk-type plastic grinding mill series, which has the advantages of high-yield and low-power. This machine can be used for powder processing of Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), ABS, nylon, EVA, PET and other materials.
Operating Notes
The operation procedure of the machine is very easy, one operator can make the pulverizer work well. Show you as follow: Starting: Put your raw materials which dimension less than 8mm (hereinafter referred to as granule) into hopper ;
START:
The pulverizer system by the independent control cabinet ; Then open the valve in the hopper and vibration feeder.
STOPPING
Close the valve and vibration feeder, then stop the pulverizing system by the independent control cabinet two minutes later.
Applications
One of the main fields of use of HUIBANG MF series plastic pulverizer is the pulverization of PE for rotomolding applications. In this process, a screening machine is necessary to ensure the right output size, other applications are the working in line with a shredder and crusher to have a balance and efficient system to handle in house production waste.
